3d Generalist

Description:

The successful candidate will demonstrate an immense level of creativity and a visionary outlook with the determination to develop new approaches and solutions to briefs.

They

should be skilled in multiple softwares with a range of skillsets with a focus motion, simulation and 3D.

A positive attitude to work and love of the craft is essential, a love of sunshine and laid back personality beneficial. You will be integrated into a tight knit team with a family feel and a collective intention to produce the best work and have a great time doing so

Requirements

• Skilled in a 3D software such as Cinema 4D, 3DSMax or Maya
• Skilled in Simulation, ideally Houdini
• Skilled in a After Effects
• VRay or Redshift renderer
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine
• A natural generalist is preferable but talented specialists will also be considered
• Critical eye for detail and a desire to maximise the quality of all output.
• Strong understanding of design and a passion for creating great work
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and offer solutions and suggestions to enhance the potential
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey ideas, techniques and concepts effectively
• Ability to take on a project from inception to delivery
• A proactive personality and can-do attitude with a disciplined and efficient approach to craft
• Comfortable working as an individual or part of a larger team, leading or following direction
• 5+ years of industry experience
• Fluent in the English language
