Ac Duct Cleaning Supervisor

Description:

• Strong leadership skills, flexible attitude, and ability to be a self-starter.
• Awareness of general health, and safety laws and requirements.
• Hands-on experience with AC cleaning can do basic AC troubleshooting of different AC systems (Package units, FCUs, AHUs, etc..)
• Pitch for upsell and cross-sell of other services and work to meet sales targets assigned
• Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
• Works with a supervisor to plan work priorities, obtain necessary supplies, and assess skills needed to complete tasks.
• Ability to inspect, estimate, plan, train and perform the job successfully.
• Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed safely, effectively, and promptly.
• Assists team members with technical issues or advanced problems with given assignments.
• Inspects work performed by team members and ensures the team is following the set procedures
• Tracks and logs workers' time, materials, and other resources used for inventory purposes.
• Works with the supervisor to coordinate topics for safety meetings.
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Making sure the assigned machines and equipment are properly maintained
• Follow company policies and procedure guidelines for service fulfillment
• Ensure payment collection post-job completion and report submission for the record
• Gather customer feedback for any improvement and address concerns if any are raised.
