Academy Football Coach

Description:

• To ensure the DFC coaching methodology and principles are incorporated into age appropriate training sessions and programmes throughout the club.

• Lead academy teams fixtures and tournaments and possible overseas trips.

• Support the lead coaching staff when needed on the field.

• Deliver the highest possible standard of coaching in a professional manner on and off the field.

• To work as part of a team and an individual when needed to be proactive and ensuring whatever is needed to be done is delivered to the required standard and expectations.

• Coach and take part in camp activities, school football classes and any other football related classes through out the working calender.

• Implement the club methodology to all club academy teams and players.

• Ensure own CPD is ongoing and up to date.

• Complete and other tasks or requests made by the management team.
