Accommodation Supervisor

Ajman Coop is looking for a dedicated and experienced Accommodation Supervisor to manage and oversee the operations of our staff accommodations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high living standards, and support employee well-being through efficient housing management.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee day-to-day operations of employee accommodations across multiple locations

✅ Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of all accommodation facilities

✅ Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams for timely issue resolution

✅ Manage accommodation assignments, check-ins/outs, and occupancy records

✅ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and UAE labor regulations

✅ Act as the main point of contact for employee housing concerns/

Requirements:

✔️ Proven experience in managing staff accommodations or similar roles within the UAE

✔️ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

✔️ Ability to handle multiple sites and a diverse workforce

✔️ Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
