Description:
Accounts & Administration assistants is required to provide administrative support to our accounts team with supporting in clerical tasks and basic bookkeeping
- Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
- Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
- Recording and filing cash transactions.
- Controlling credit and chasing debt.
- Invoice processing and filing.
- Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
- Assist on company requirements with the Dubai government, such as on Tecom, renewal of Trade License, PO Box renewals and etc (if required)
- Assist on administrative and HR task, that needs to be done in the office and calling AXS, Tecom and etc.
- Assist in Financial Month-End and Year-End Closing.
- Collection of letters on PO Box (weekly)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Holder in Accounting or any related field of studies.
- Experience in Odoo and Zoho One is a plus but not essential
- 1-3 years of working experience in Accounting, HR and Admin ( UAE Experience is a Plus)
- Microsoft office proficient ( Word, Excel, etc.)
- Detailed-oriented person
- Fluent in english ( Verbal and Writing).
