Account Assistant

 

Description:

Responsibilities:

 

1. Client Account Management: Maintaining and updating client accounts, ensuring accuracy in client information and billing details.

2. Invoicing and Billing: Preparing and sending invoices to clients, tracking payments, and resolving billing discrepancies.

3. Customer Relations: Managing client inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and addressing client account-related issues.

4. Financial Reporting: Generating regular financial reports, analyzing data, and presenting insights to the management team.

5. Data Analysis: Conducting data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for optimizing client accounts and revenue.

6. Credit Control: Monitoring overdue accounts, following up on outstanding payments, and recommending appropriate actions.

7. Document Management: Organizing and maintaining financial and client-related documents.

8. Administrative Support: Assisting the finance department with general administrative tasks as required.

 

Qualifications:

 

•A degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field may be preferred.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Proficiency in financial software and tools for data analysis.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

•languages: English/ Arabic

•Location: Abu Dhabi

•Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE
