Account Based Marketing (abm) Manager

 

Description:

As the ABM Manager, you will collaborate with the regional Sales team to market to clusters of key accounts in the region. In alignment with Sales strategies and priorities, you will deploy executive engagement and online campaigns to account clusters within their portfolio, using industry and country-specific content. You will own the execution of ABM strategies, including planning, budgeting, list management, measurement and reporting. You will work with a range of stakeholders within the World-Wide Marketing org in order to execute the most relevant and impactful programs to drive customer engagement. You should be a self-motivated team player with solid ABM marketing experience, and analytical, strategic and consultative skills.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, ABM META based in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities
 

  • Primary liaison with Sales representatives and their Sales manager/s for a targeted portfolio of accounts
  • Drive ABM planning aligned with sales strategies to execute industry campaigns to clusters of accounts within the target account portfolio
  • Interface with Global Campaign Development, Thought Leadership and ABM peers to understand what content assets and available toolkits are relevant to your account clusters
  • Focus on the buyer’s journey and deploy the right programmatic campaigns based on an understanding of the segmentations of accounts within your account portfolio and the right personas to engage in those campaigns
  • Own quarterly marketing plans and allocate budget to prioritized campaigns
  • Maintain accurate and actionable understanding of accounts within your portfolio and action plans for additional account insights or contact data quality
  • Report on funnel metrics and contribution to sales billings for account based programs and events
     

Minimum Qualifications
 

  • BA, BS or equivalent degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years’ ABM experience in SaaS based companies with demonstrated experience interfacing with sales
  • Must be a native Turkish speaker
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to build and leverage networks within our large organization in order to prioritize their efforts
  • Should be agile and able to navigate a rapidly evolving environment
  • Some domestic and international travel will be required
