The Account Development Role is the spearhead for Survalent’s out bounding strategy. Working alongside our sales team, the Account Development Representatives sets Survalent’s go to market strategy while also getting mentorship with our different sales executives.

 

Within the role, you will have an intensive sales training program to sharpen and develop your skills in the enterprise software world. Our goal is to develop the next generation software sales leaders and we are looking for A players who are not afraid of failure and are looking to get 1% better every day. As you master these skills, we are also looking to progress your career into different areas of the company including sales, marketing, services, management, and product management. What you will be doing?

Research and cultivate new business connections via warm and cold outreach including LinkedIn, Email and Phone.

Set introductory meetings and generate qualified leads.

Research and prepare introductory calls/execute Survalent sales strategy.

Attend industry-specific conferences.

Update Salesforce with details of all communications with customers.

Follow up on inbound leads.

Participate in strategy discussions with sales team and other cross functional groups.

 

What are we looking for?

University Degree with a GPA of 3.2 or higher.

1-4 years of experience working in customer facing roles, preferably in sales.

Must be passionate about sales and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

Must be Proactive & willing to adapt and learn new skills and technologies.
