Account Executive

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with specific experience in aluminum works and contracting. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Track payments to internal and external stakeholders

- Prepare budget forecasts and financial statements

- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns

- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations

- Maintain confidentiality of financial data

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, with specific experience in aluminum works and contracting

- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures

- Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, FreshBooks)

- Advanced MS Excel skills, including Vlookups and pivot tables

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
