Account Manager

Description:

Cinqunio is seeking a motivated and experienced advertising, media and events Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our clients' experiential marketing campaigns. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives, develop creative strategies, and ensure flawless execution of campaigns that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Understand client goals and objectives, and align agency services to meet them.

2. Campaign Development:
- Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to develop innovative concepts.
- Create detailed campaign plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee the execution of campaigns to ensure they align with client expectations and objectives.

3. Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, event planners, and production staff.
- Provide clear direction and leadership to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.

4. Financial Management:
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
- Monitor project expenses, track costs, and provide accurate financial reporting to clients.

5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and measure the success of campaigns using relevant KPIs and metrics.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience (4+ years) in experiential marketing, account management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and experiential marketing trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
