**Job Responsibilities:

As a Medical Devices and Consumables Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building our presence in the UAE market. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Market Research: Conducting in-depth market research to identify potential customers, key competitors, and emerging trends in the ophthalmology sector.

2. Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.

3. Product Knowledge: Becoming an expert in our ophthalmology product range and effectively conveying the value proposition to potential customers.

4. Customer Engagement: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with ophthalmologists, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.

5. New Supplier Acquisition: Identifying and acquiring new suppliers to expand our product portfolio and meet customer needs.

6. Client Education: Providing training and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals to ensure their understanding and confidence in our product, you will demonstrate and train HCPs in ORs (operating Theaters) most of your field time.

7. Sales Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.

8. Travel: Traveling within the UAE as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

**Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or Medical Devices).

- 1 to 2 years of experience in medical equipment or consumables sales is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong passion for the industry will also be considered, Ophthalmology Experience is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.

- Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
