Description:

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Commercial team at NymCard. Candidates must come from payments background with hands-on experience in Account Management. Responsibilities include but will not be limited to the following:

Demonstrate seamless customer experience by proactively managing timelines and coordinating with various internal teams.

Successfully anticipate and mitigate potential issues by staying attuned to clients’ needs and market trends, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Utilize extensive knowledge of banking operations and fintech to provide clients with informed guidance and support.

Collaborate with colleagues across departments to implement customer acquisition and success management strategies that align with NymCard’s mission and business objectives.
