Drumbeat is looking for a dynamic Account Manager with an existing client base and a strong client network to join our team in Dubai. This hybrid role offers a blend of in-office and remote work flexibility. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for bringing in your existing clients, managing their accounts, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and propelling our revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and manage existing clients by seamlessly integrating them into our portfolio and managing their accounts effectively.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Drive business growth by gaining an in-depth understanding of client needs, industry trends, competitive landscape, and marketplace dynamics, offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective business strategies, goals, and deliverables for the highest standard of client satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM and other sales management tools to track progress and report on targets.
- Present and negotiate business proposals with a keen eye for detail. Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to inform strategic decision-making.
- Manage and respond to RFPs and RFIs with accurate and compelling proposals.
- Work towards building a strong brand presence in the Dubai market and beyond.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, business development, or related fields within the advertising or marketing industry, with an existing client base.
- Deep understanding of branding and marketing to propose tailor-made solutions.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Good understanding of the Dubai market and business landscape.
- Experience in working with international/top regional clients is desirable.
- Additional language fluency is a plus.
