Account Manager – Events, Exhibitions, and Conferences

Location: Dubai -Reporting to: Account Director

Overview:

Seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage client relationships and oversee project delivery in the events, exhibitions, and conferences sector. The role requires strong project management and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the main client contact, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and regular communication.

Project Delivery:

  • Oversee projects from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams to meet timelines and budget requirements.

Financial Management:

  • Develop budgets, monitor costs, and provide post-event financial summaries.

Sales & Account Growth:

  • Identify growth opportunities, support proposal development, and stay informed on industry trends.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain project records and provide regular updates and post-event analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in account management for events, exhibitions, or conferences.
  • Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
