Description:

We’re seeking a proactive and driven Account Manager to join our team. This role will be instrumental in generating new business leads, nurturing relationships, and guiding potential clients through our service offerings. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, skilled in client management, and has a passion for digital security and technology.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Lead Generation: Actively identify and target new business leads through a mix of online channels, industry events, and networking to drive growth.

 

Client Outreach: Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage potential clients, present Thoor.org’s solutions, and explain our value in the digital and robotic protection market.

 

Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for new leads, building lasting relationships, understanding client needs, and positioning Thoor.org’s services effectively.

 

Account Management: Transition leads into active accounts by providing ongoing support, guidance, and periodic check-ins to ensure clients are satisfied and their needs are met.

 

Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted approaches, contribute to sales goals, and support business development initiatives.

 

Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings, bringing valuable insights back to the team to enhance service offerings and client engagement strategies.

 

Performance Tracking: Maintain detailed records of all leads and account activities, using CRM software to track progress and report on key metrics.

 

Qualifications:

 

Experience: 3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales, ideally within the fintech, cybersecurity, or tech sectors.

 

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and build rapport with clients.

Customer-Centric: Strong customer service orientation with an ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships.
