What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, specifically managing long-term component services contracts
- Represent the voice of the customer internally and towards suppliers to achieve results
- Manage customer performance in line with signed contracts
- Coordinate client meetings and facilitate contract launches
- Oversee economic outstandings, customer reminders, and dispute resolutions
- Collaborate with the sales force to develop existing and new business opportunities
- Assist with sales and supplier contracts, technical file coordination, and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including customs and quality standards
- Coordinate logistics and technical teams to achieve operational objectives
- Report key performance indicators and escalate issues to the appropriate levels

- Skills: Problem-solving, team player, fluent in English, strong Excel and IT skills, results-driven
