Description:
We are looking for a versatile Account Manager to play a key role in managing client relationships, driving business growth, and contributing to creative content design. This is a part-time role suited for someone with a passion for marketing, a knack for sales, and a flair for social media design.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Account Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, nurturing relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to identify marketing goals and tailor strategies to achieve them.
- Work with internal teams to ensure the timely and quality delivery of services.
2- Business Acquisition:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients to expand Fermata’s client base.
- Develop and present proposals aligned with client needs.
- Meet acquisition targets and earn commissions based on successful client onboarding.
3- Creative Content Design:
- Assist in designing visually appealing and engaging social media content.
- Work on basic graphic design tasks using tools.
- Contribute ideas for creative campaigns that align with client and company goals.
5- Performance Reporting:
- Prepare concise performance reports for clients, providing insights and actionable recommendations
Qualifications:
- Experience or understanding in social media content creation and basic graphic design.
- Prior experience in account management or sales is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
