Responsibilities
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our projects according to client’s needs and objectives in a professional manner
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Responsible for working alongside the commercial Department and Account Director to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships
- Responsible for liaising between the client and internal team's revenue stream of influencer content management
- Identifying potential influencers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing influencers. This involves understanding their audience, and content style, and ensuring alignment with the agency's goals and client needs.
- Campaign Strategy and Execution: Collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop effective influencer marketing strategies. This includes campaign ideation, setting goals, budgeting, and executing campaigns that align with the client's objectives.
- Content Oversight: Providing guidance to influencers on content creation, ensuring it's on-brand and meets campaign requirements. This could involve content calendars, briefs, and monitoring content for quality and compliance.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitoring the performance of influencer campaigns, tracking key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.), and providing comprehensive reports to clients. Analyzing data to optimize future campaigns is crucial.\
- Contract and Legal Management: Handling contracts, negotiations, and ensuring legal compliance, such as disclosures, copyrights, and FTC guidelines.
- Stay Updated on Industry Fashion & Beauty Trends: Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, fashion/ beauty brands, tools, and changes in social media algorithms. This knowledge helps in devising innovative strategies and staying competitive.
- Client Communication: Acting as a liaison between clients and influencers, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring that the agency meets the client's expectations.
- Budget Management: Managing budgets for influencer campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, and delivering results within the designated budget.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Working closely with other departments like marketing, PR, creative, and sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of influencer campaigns.
Qualifications:
- The job requires prior experience as an Account & Talent Manager, Marketing Manager, or in a similar position
- Possessing a thorough knowledge of social media platforms and their optimal techniques
- Understanding influencer marketing strategies and techniques
- Possessing strong communication and negotiation abilities
- The candidate possesses skills in data analysis and providing insights to inform campaign optimization
- This individual possesses a creative mindset and strong project management skills
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field at the Bachelor's level is required
