Description:

Accounting:

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including invoices, expense reports, and financial statements.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial data.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.

Administrative:

  • Manage office administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and update employee records and company files.

Reporting:

  • Generate reports related to financial performance and administrative tasks as required.
  • Present financial data and reports to management.

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with audits and documentation as necessary.
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance.
