Accountant

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have solid accounting experience, preferably within the UAE, and a strong background in tax compliance and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and file UAE VAT and Corporate Tax returns in compliance with local regulations.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Handle accounting processes related to import & export transactions.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards.

Generate financial reports to support management in decision-making.


Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and Corporate Tax regulations.

Experience working with import & export companies is highly desirable.

Proficiency in accounting software, especially QuickBooks (Online & Desktop) and Zoho Books.

Fluency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
