Accountant required

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send quotations & invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner
• Process payments from clients and reconcile bank statements
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure they are in compliance with accounting standards
• Prepare and submit reports on accounts payable and receivable
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing issues in a prompt and professional manner
• Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements

Requirements:

• Familiarity with construction accounting is a must
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 2+ years of experience in accounting
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Driving license and car (Preferred)
