Role Description
- Maintain Accurate Financial Records: Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and properly categorized in our accounting system.
- Reconcile Bank Statements: Regularly reconcile bank statements with internal records to identify and rectify any discrepancies.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare Financial Reports: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- File and Submit Tax Reports: Responsible for timely filing and submission of tax reports in compliance with UAE tax laws and regulations.
- Analyze Financial Data: Utilize financial data to conduct in-depth analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in accounting and finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Tally ERP 9
- Knowledge of UAE tax laws and regulations
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
