As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, analyzing financial data, and supporting various departments within the organization. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts and financial statements.
- Perform month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciling accounts and preparing journal entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and collections.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, including analyzing financial data and preparing reports.
- Provide financial analysis and support to various departments within the organization.
- Assist with tax planning and compliance, including preparing and filing tax returns.
- Stay updated on changes to accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting issues and improve financial processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification preferred.
- 3 years of experience in accounting or related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
