Role Overview:

As a Accountant, you will play a crucial role in our finance department, overseeing various accounting functions to ensure the accuracy and transparency of financial data. Your responsibilities will include financial reporting, audit compliance, and leading a team towards operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end closing procedures.

- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and statements for stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow.

- Utilize Tally software proficiency for efficient accounting processes.

- Demonstrate strong leadership skills in guiding the team and maintaining a high standard of accuracy in financial transactions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.

- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros, pivot tables, and logical formulae.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
