Accountant

 

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at Meraki Accounting and Book Keeping in Dubai. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, processing invoices and payments, conducting financial audits, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The Accountant will also be involved assessing the senior finance manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry.
  • Maintain and reconcile financial records using ZOHO and QuickBooks.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to streamline financial processes.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in ZOHO and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
