Role: Accountant and Admin Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Accoutant and Admin Assistant to join our team. This dual-role position combines financial expertise with high-level executive support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support company goals
- Manage budgeting processes and ensure accurate financial audits
- Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations, VAT filing, and corporate tax obligations
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, handling sensitive communications
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for management
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Experience in budget management and financial auditing
- In-depth knowledge of UAE compliance, tax regulations, VAT filing, and corporate tax
- Strong executive communication and administrative support skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and financial software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
