Description:
Hiring Accounts & Compliance Manager for a Company and family office in Dubai which has investments in Singapore, Mauritius and UAE.
- Candidate with an experience in day to day banking, general accounting, working knowledge of VAT, can liaise with audit, tax and Secretarial consultants to keep accounting, compliances as per UAE law.
- Candidate should be based at Dubai.
- Qualification – CA/Semi-qualified or MBA-Finance/ B.Com with desired experience
- Experience – 2-5 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance & MIS.
Job Description and relevant skills:
General Accounting, Investment Accounting and Periodic MIS, Cashflow Planning, Record-keeping, Banking Relationships.
Key Skills
- Microsoft Excel (Intermediate/Advanced level) is must. Knowledge of Tally accounting software.
- Should have thorough knowledge of Accounting Standards and should be able to Prepare annual financial statements for auditors’ review
- Should be able to handle Monthly/quarterly/annual financial closing
- Preparation of monthly MIS
- Working Knowledge of Indirect and Direct tax in UAE (Though it will be overseen by Tax Advisory firms)
- Excellent communication skills to liaison with various service providers
- Should be self-motivated
- Preference to candidates already based out of UAE
