Job responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact post-sale, building strong client relationships and ensuring needs are met throughout the event planning process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage timelines, budgets, and seamless communication, ensuring smooth execution of all event aspects.
- Oversee on-site event management, resolve issues promptly, and ensure all components meet client expectations and brand standards.
- Prepare performance reports, gather client feedback, and implement insights to improve future events.
- Support sales efforts through upselling and client insights while staying updated on industry trends and innovations.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years in account management within the exhibition and event industry, showcasing a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools to streamline event planning and execution.
- Arabic Speaker – Mandatory to effectively communicate with diverse clients and stakeholders.
