Job responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact post-sale, building strong client relationships and ensuring needs are met throughout the event planning process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage timelines, budgets, and seamless communication, ensuring smooth execution of all event aspects.
  • Oversee on-site event management, resolve issues promptly, and ensure all components meet client expectations and brand standards.
  • Prepare performance reports, gather client feedback, and implement insights to improve future events.
  • Support sales efforts through upselling and client insights while staying updated on industry trends and innovations.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years in account management within the exhibition and event industry, showcasing a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools to streamline event planning and execution.
  • Arabic Speaker – Mandatory to effectively communicate with diverse clients and stakeholders.
