Accounts Receivable & Finance Manager

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 8+ years of experience working in Trading or Real estate industry in UAE.
- Must have strong experience in Accounts receivable, credit control and finance functions
- Must have a team handling experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Experience with QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and overseeing the Finance, Accounting and credit management of the organization.
- Responsible and overseeing the effective collection of payments on behalf of the company
- Lead and manage the accounting and finance team, including setting clear objectives, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Oversee and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and payroll.
- Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational requirements and financial obligations
- Optimize working capital management, including inventory, receivables, and payables, to support business growth and profitability
- Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices
- Prepare and review financial statements.
- Coordinate and manage the annual budgeting process
- Liaise with the internal and external audits on matter relating to all revenues.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
