Description:
We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our credit facilities process, ensuring smooth operations and effective financial management. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a strategic mindset, and a passion for numbers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the credit facilities process, verify documentation, and review team feedback on customer credibility.
- Provide recommendations and take actions as per management's approval.
- Lead meetings with the management team to analyze financial behavior, review sales trends, and propose new credit terms.
- Monitor the progress of legal cases related to corporate accounts and ensure proper handover of necessary financial documentation to our legal team.
- Propose provisions for bad & doubtful debts and support the annual financial audit process.
- Oversee Aging Reports, ensuring outstanding balances remain within agreed parameters.
- Follow up with customers via email, phone, or visits for delayed/non-payment and payment plan discussions.
- Verify bank and cheque payment matching completed by the AR team, ensuring proper documentation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounts, with 10+ years of experience in the field.
- Must have experience in the UAE market.
- Strong proficiency with accounting software, ERPs, and applicable laws.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
