ADS International Auditors LLC is a management consulting company specializing in offering Tax, Accounting, Audit, and advisory services. We are looking to hire an Accounts & Tax Consultant to join our office in Ras Al Khaimah.
Responsibilities
- Support and solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations
- Be fully aware of all service deliverables for the assigned clients and responsibility for any additional ad hoc work requests
- Be aware of and fully compliant with all relevant internal processes and procedures
- Identifying and preventing issues and taking time to nullify negative impacts or increase benefits
- Review the Monthly/ Quarterly/ Weekly deliverables and share the same with the client for approval
- Deal with statutory account queries and information requests from the Client
- Assist Team, Manager to resolve complicated tax matters & to execute the new scope of work
- Coming up with ways to improve processes, services, and products for internal and external customers.
- Provide the advisory service to the clients with the proper research on UAE law & regulation
- Take up new work like Audit, Corporate Tax, AML Registration, ESR, Tax Refund, and Custom Registration independently
- Flexible to take responsibility for other work to support team delivery and client satisfaction as required
- Be flexible regarding working hours during busy periods in order to meet client/internal deadlines
- Contribute to the identification and recommendation of methods for improving the quality of service and operational effectiveness within the team and department
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with a minimum of 4 to 5 years’ experience or CA/CMA/ACCA part qualified with 2-3 years’ experience
- Excellent bookkeeping and accounting skills with a thorough understanding of double-entry bookkeeping to a minimum standard of AAT level 2.
- Numerical/analytical skills and ability to use both financial and non-financial data to identify issues, break down complicated problems into their component parts, and find solutions
- A working knowledge of relevant accounting standards, concepts, and practices
- Advanced knowledge of relevant software, such as Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the aptitude to learn systems
- Fluent in English and Hindi to assist clients through verbal and written communication
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
- Familiar with interacting with all applicable Authorities (e.g. FTA, MOF, etc. for work in the UAE)
