Job description

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin to join our team. As an integral part of our company, the Admin will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and government appointments.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
  • Assist in the processing of the company’s administrative tasks, including data entry and document filing.
  • Liaise with clients and external partners in a professional manner.
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Customer Service Field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
