Role Description
- Reception: Extend a warm welcome to guests, manage incoming calls, and create a positive first impression of our company.
- Communication and Correspondence: Engage with clients, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions.
- Accounting Support: Handle internal accounts for our company. Provide support in reporting and coordination with accountants. Handling petty cash funds.
- Office Systems Maintenance: Handle data management and efficient filing, ensuring everything is organized and easily accessible.
- Office Operations Coordination: Ensure the smooth coordination of day-to-day office operations.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage deliveries and collections effectively.
- Communication with leads: Keep the communication channels open with team leaders.
- Documentation: Prepare, review, manage proposals, and invoices, Know Your Client Forms.
Qualifications
- Prior administrative or accounting experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of accounting is a plus.
- Can start immediately / visa will be provided
