Description:

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2 years of administrative or secretary experience
  • Related experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
  • Immediate joiner is preferred

 

Responsibilities:

  • Update contact details for employees, customers, suppliers, and partners, and store documents safely in both physical and digital formats.
  • Provides support to all staff and heads to help meet deadlines when necessary.
  • Respond to calls, emails, and routine letters; direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
  • Preparing documents for pre-qualification, including vendor registration and tendering.
  • Other secretarial duties as needed.
