Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage client communication professionally
  • Maintain and organize documents, records, and files
  • Manage emails, correspondence, and office coordination
  • Ensure document control procedures are followed
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and data entry

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office & document management systems
  • Fluent in English & Hindi
  • Strong organizational, communication & multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle clients and work under pressure
  • UAE Driving License will be an added advantage
  • PACKAGE: 3000-3500 AED depending upon experience.
