Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our front and back office operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily administrative tasks and providing exceptional support to both staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage email correspondence, and handle inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Back Office Duties:
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support accounting and HR functions, including processing invoices and maintaining employee records.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Candidates who have worked previously as Cabin Crew, or with hospitality back ground will be preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Native English Speaker Preferred
- Any additional fluency in languages will be advantageous
