Our client, one of the leaders in providing packaging solutions to Cosmetics & Perfumery industry are looking for Admin Co-ordinator to join their office in Dubai.
Position: Admin Co-ordinator
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Mandatory UAE Driving License
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Manager local and overseas courier.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization.
- Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Registration of products on Dubai Municipality Portal
- Manage Dubai Customs / Dubai Chamber of Commerce related work and online portals
- Coordinate with internal department and external agencies – Govt and non-Govt
- Maintain records and assist in visa renewals, insurance renewals etc.
- Manage filing
- Data entry
- Assisting in events (internal and external)
Skills Required:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of MS Office and ERP software (optional)
