Our client, one of the leaders in providing packaging solutions to Cosmetics & Perfumery industry are looking for Admin Co-ordinator to join their office in Dubai.

Position: Admin Co-ordinator

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Mandatory UAE Driving License

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Manager local and overseas courier.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization.
  • Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Registration of products on Dubai Municipality Portal
  • Manage Dubai Customs / Dubai Chamber of Commerce related work and online portals
  • Coordinate with internal department and external agencies – Govt and non-Govt
  • Maintain records and assist in visa renewals, insurance renewals etc.
  • Manage filing
  • Data entry
  • Assisting in events (internal and external)

Skills Required:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of MS Office and ERP software (optional)
