Job Description:
- Maintain the smooth running of the office by organizing and coordinating administrative tasks and procedures & Maintain and organize documents, records, and files both electronically and in hard copy.
- Track and process expense reports and invoices & manage petty cash transactions and maintain proper records
- Greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other forms of communication.
- Organize travel plans and accommodations for employees and executives if needed.
- Ensure the office environment is clean and well-organized.
- A team player who can also work independently.

Requirements:
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any management discipline.
- Experience with administrative software, such as Microsoft Office, including Excel.

- Working days: Monday – Saturday
