Description:

We are hiring Admin Coordinator for a project based in Dubai.

Applicant must be in UAE.

Job Description:

  • Maintain the smooth running of the office by organizing and coordinating administrative tasks and procedures & Maintain and organize documents, records, and files both electronically and in hard copy.
  • Track and process expense reports and invoices & manage petty cash transactions and maintain proper records
  • Greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other forms of communication.
  • Organize travel plans and accommodations for employees and executives if needed.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean and well-organized.
  • A team player who can also work independently.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any management discipline.
  • Experience with administrative software, such as Microsoft Office, including Excel.

  • Salary: 2000 AED – 3500 AED
  • Working days: Monday – Saturday
