Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Admin Assistant cum Receptionist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient functioning of our college office and providing excellent service to students, faculty, and visitors.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

Reception Duties: Greet and assist students, faculty, and visitors with warmth and professionalism. Manage phone calls and maintain an inviting reception area.

 

Administrative Support: Provide crucial administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping. Assist in scheduling meetings, managing appointments, and maintaining calendars. Keep office supplies stocked and organized.

 

Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing college emails. Efficiently manage email communications and address inquiries.

 

Student Services: Be a reliable point of contact for students, assisting with their inquiries and ensuring a positive college experience. Help with student registration and enrollment processes.

 

Office Coordination: Collaborate with college staff to ensure seamless office operations. Contribute to the coordination of college events, meetings, and workshops.

 

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree holder in relevant field
  • Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or Receptionist
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with great attention to detail
  • A friendly and professional demeanor
  • Knowledge of office equipment
