Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Admin Office Coordinator at Wonderful Group of Companies located in Dubai. The Admin cum Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, handling phone etiquette, managing office equipment, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance, Phone Etiquette, and Office Equipment skills Customer Service and Communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skils Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Fluency in English knowledge of Arabic is a plus
