Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Officer to handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing insurance-related processes, handling employee requests, and supporting various departments with administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage insurance-related activities, including:
  • Obtaining quotations and processing new insurance applications
  • Handling policy renewals, extensions, and amendments
  • Managing additions and deletions for group medical insurance
  • Requesting certificates and processing claims/reimbursements
  • Coordinate air ticket requests for terminated employees
  • Maintain organized filing systems and records
  • Support teams with administrative tasks to improve workflow efficiency
  • Monitor office expenditures and manage administrative contracts
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Address employee concerns and complaints professionally
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of insurance procedures is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
