We are looking for Quotations / Admin Receptionist/Secretary in Dubai. Below are the details

  • Must have experience in preparing Quotations.
  • Duties include writing orders for stock purchases or sales, computing transfer taxes, verifying stock transactions, accepting and delivering securities, tracking stock price fluctuations, computing equity, distributing dividends, and keeping records of daily transactions and holdings.
  • Work closely with sales representatives and other members of the sales team to ensure that all quotes are accurate and meet the customer’s needs.
  • Responsible for providing accurate quotations you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring that the information given is correct and satisfies the customer’s needs.
  • Providing quotations based on the customer’s requirements.
  • Working closely with the sales team to support them with their day-to-day activities.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
