Description:
Al-Alam Enterprises is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and organized Administrative Staff to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the management team, team members, and customers.
Your primary role will be to facilitate communication between departments to ensure efficient operation of the company. You will also be responsible for administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining records, organizing and maintaining files, generating reports, and customer database management.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational, problem solving, and communication skills, as well as a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate day to day duties and the flow of information between departments
• Create, maintain, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Manage customer database and ensure all records are accurate and up to date
• Maintain filing systems, both paper and digital
• Provide general administrative support to the team
• Assist with customer service related tasks
• Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
• Greet and direct visitors
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
• Ability to meet deadlines and work quickly and accurately
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Professional phone manner and people skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
