Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize daily administrative operations within the company.

• Coordinate and follow up on contracts and agreements related to real estate projects.

• Handle financial and administrative transactions in compliance with Aqoodi and Noqodi systems.

• Oversee official correspondence and prepare periodic reports.

• Support other departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

• Coordinate with government entities and suppliers to ensure regulatory compliance.

 

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative roles within real estate development companies.

• Strong knowledge and experience with Aqoodi and Noqodi systems.

• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and reporting skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern administrative systems.

• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

• Immediate availability for joining is required.
