He should have a min 5-8 years of experience in handling coordination's & must have excellent, PPT skills within the Commercial business units, HR Departments' & the service departments.

 

Description:

 

  • Liaise closely with Business Units(Reporting to Director) to ensure that the correct services are provided in terms of cost, payment terms, place, quality, specification, date, and quantity and resolve any issues that may arise. Escalation of serious issues to Senior Management and Vendor Relations.
  • Manage booking request and calendar tasks on CRM., Electronic database, etc.
  • Ensure all procedures are followed and where necessary implement systems to ensure compliance and smooth calendar operations.
  • Prepare contracts and ensure accuracy of schedules.
  • Ensure payment plans as per the commercial requirements.
  • Support the annual budgeting process for all business segments.
  • manage the annual pricing for Service Management.
  • Coordinate with business units to finalize the pricelist.
  • Teamwork and learning from mentors within the Administrative, Senior Management of Contracts, Vendor Relations, and Quality Management Teams.
  • Follows up on contracts, including preparing renewal reminders, amendments, cancellations, extensions and claims, obtaining management's approval and keeping current files for all contracts.
