Description:

We’re looking for Administrative Assistant (Events Management) in Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including handling contracts and invoices
  • Source and secure the appropriate events and tickets based on client requests.
  • Maintain and organize records across various online accounts.
  • Monitor and track significant upcoming events in the event management industry.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in business English, both verbal and written
  • Part Time & Flexible work (2-3 days per week)
  • Candidate have to be in UAE already

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably in the event management sector.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with the international events landscape, especially sports events.
