Responsibilities
- Oversee the receipt of cash, cheque, and credit/debit card transactions, and ensure they are handed over to the accounts department.
- Manage phone calls, handle inquiries, respond to requests, and process bookings.
- Assist in organizing events, leagues, tournaments, and birthday celebrations.
- Address questions from current and prospective customers, provide comprehensive information about the facility, resolve issues, and deliver excellent hospitality at the reception desk and clubhouse.
- Organize and coordinate events, leagues, tournaments, and birthday parties.
- Inspect and maintain the changing rooms, and both indoor and outdoor pitches.
- Oversee the play pass system.
- Manage all bookings during evening shifts.
- Communicate with customers to build and nurture customer relationships.
- Maintain and update the customer database.
Qualifications & Required Skillset
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask & manage customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
