What You’ll Do:

  • Perform essential administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and correspondence handling.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, schedules, and records.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other key documents.
  • Manage communication channels including emails and phone calls.
  • Provide general office support to ensure efficient operations.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Emirati National (UAE Passport Holder) – This position is exclusively for UAE Nationals as part of our commitment to Emiratization.
  • High school diploma or higher; proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • A proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented individual.
