Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies and maintain a presentable workspace.
Organize documents and files, ensuring compliance.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and handle inquiries.
Schedule meetings and assist with event coordination.
Support real estate agents with listings and marketing materials.
Help manage holiday home bookings and guest information.
Assist with bookkeeping and client relationship management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or related field preferred.
1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: Starting Salary: 2,500 AED to 4,000 AED per month.
