Description:

Hiring Female Administrative Assistant required for an Audit & financial consulting firm;

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the face of the entity and the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Following up on the manager/executive’s important tasks and deadlines.
  • Organizing meetings.
  • Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, on daily activities.
  • Managing databases, document control, and filing systems.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative processes. ·
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
  • Various ad hoc requests.

Qualifications/ Requirements

  • Relevant work experience as a Secretary/ Administrative Assistant will be added advantage (fresher’s can also apply for the job).
  • A Bachelor’s degree is a must.
  • Outstanding organizational & MS Office proficiency.
  • Ability to multitask and time management skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional discretion & efficiency.
  • Ability to work on own initiative·
  • Honesty and reliability.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Candidates must be located in UAE.
