Hiring Female Administrative Assistant required for an Audit & financial consulting firm;
Responsibilities
- Acting as the face of the entity and the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Following up on the manager/executive’s important tasks and deadlines.
- Organizing meetings.
- Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, on daily activities.
- Managing databases, document control, and filing systems.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative processes. ·
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
- Various ad hoc requests.
Qualifications/ Requirements
- Relevant work experience as a Secretary/ Administrative Assistant will be added advantage (fresher’s can also apply for the job).
- A Bachelor’s degree is a must.
- Outstanding organizational & MS Office proficiency.
- Ability to multitask and time management skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional discretion & efficiency.
- Ability to work on own initiative·
